# Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with a background in fire and security. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple sites, managing client relationships, and ensuring the correct operation of equipment.# Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage multiple sites, ensuring compliance with fire and security protocols
- Liaise with clients to address any concerns or issues, and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure correct operation and address any maintenance needs
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control systems, and other security equipment
- Train and mentor staff members to uphold high standards of performance and safety
- Review and implement security procedures to maintain the highest level of protection for high-end residential properties# Qualifications
- Proven experience in fire and security supervision or similar role, with a focus on high-end residential properties and commercial
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and other security systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and staff
- Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in fire and security supervision# Day-to-day
- Meet with site managers to assess and address any operational issues
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met
- Check equipment and systems to maintain proper functionality and address any maintenance needs
