We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer to join our team at a market-leading security product manufacturer. In this role, you will provide top-level customer service and technical advice to engineers working in the field, offering support with Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder alarm technical queries. This position is based out of Manchester and involves providing support to individuals via phone and email.
Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support and guidance to engineers in the field regarding Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder alarm systems
- Provide top-level customer service and technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance overall customer experience
Experience required:
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the security product industry
- Strong understanding of Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder alarm systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues effectively
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications would be advantageous
