We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team, covering the south region. This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from £44,000 to £52,000 basic, inclusive of a van, fuel card, and a 50-hour work week. The position involves a 7-5 schedule from Monday to Friday, with a 1 in 4 call-out rota and opportunities for overtime. As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will work both on-site and in the yard, maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy equipment, including diggers and dumpers up to 30 tons.

Responsibilities
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on mobile plant equipment
- Diagnosing faults and performing necessary adjustments
- Carrying out inspections and completing relevant documentation
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter or similar role
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in plant maintenance
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Day-to-Day
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will spend your days traveling to various sites, conducting maintenance and repairs on a range of mobile plant equipment. You will also collaborate with colleagues and clients to provide technical support and ensure the efficient operation of the machinery.
