Car allowance, pension, private healthcareAre you a driven Business Development Manager with a strong track record in Hard Facilities Management? This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and fast-growing organisation operating across a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients in both commercial and public sectors.
The Role:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to win new contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with the Tender & Bid, marketing, and technical teams
- Support bid submissions and client presentations
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Regularly report on performance metrics and pipeline progress
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development within hard FM
- Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical & electrical services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Proficient with CRM tools
- Highly motivated, results-focused, and self-sufficient
- Familiarity with tender processes and digital marketing a plus
