Hybrid - National Coverage

We have been operating within the materials handling and heavy industry sectors for over 40 years, we provide engineered solutions that enhance the longevity and performance of plant and equipment. With a focus on wear protection and system reliability, it supports a wide range of industrial environments where durability and efficiency are key. We are now looking for another UK Sales Manager to join our team and pivot us further in success.
The Role:
As part of the sales team, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing both new and existing customer accounts across the UK. The role involves identifying and converting opportunities through market research, customer visits, and collaboration with the marketing team to maximise visibility. You’ll prepare technical quotations ranging from supply-only proposals to fully compliant turnkey bids, while actively promoting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Daily use of CRM and ERP systems is essential to maintain accurate reporting, alongside close liaison with operations to process orders and support aftersales needs. The role also involves handling customer feedback and contributing to the ongoing development of the sales territory, with scope to introduce dedicated area support as growth demands.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Midlands-based with UK travel flexibility
- Commercial acumen in heavy industry
- Proven experience in bulk materials handling
- Confident producing and presenting technical quotation
- Skilled in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Familiar with CRM and ERP systems for reporting and pipeline management
- Works well with internal teams across sales, engineering, and operations
- Solution based seller
- Full UK driving license
