My client is seeking a proactive and experienced BMS Bureau Manager to lead the daily operations of their bureau office. This pivotal role requires a highly organized and driven individual to oversee administrative functions, manage a small, dedicated team, and ensure that clients consistently receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the bureau office
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring top-tier service and communication
- Maintain accurate schedules, reports, budgets, and records
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols and external regulations
