Role Summary:
This role is a key part of the sales support team, providing essential administrative and clerical support to the sales function and serving as a central point of contact for customer communication. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring a smooth customer experience from order processing to delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the UK Sales Team to process orders and arrange customer shipments in line with company procedures.
Monitor and analyse stock levels to provide accurate delivery times.
Liaise with the finance department and customers to ensure timely payments and facilitate dispatch of goods.
Maintain and track customer back orders to meet agreed delivery deadlines.
Verify and update existing client data to ensure accuracy.
Act as the first point of contact for assigned customer queries via phone and email.
Build product knowledge to support both the sales team and customer enquiries.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Investigate and resolve customer issues and discrepancies relating to orders or accounts.
