Sales Support Administrator

Overview:

Role Summary:

This role is a key part of the sales support team, providing essential administrative and clerical support to the sales function and serving as a central point of contact for customer communication. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring a smooth customer experience from order processing to delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Work alongside the UK Sales Team to process orders and arrange customer shipments in line with company procedures.


  • Monitor and analyse stock levels to provide accurate delivery times.


  • Liaise with the finance department and customers to ensure timely payments and facilitate dispatch of goods.


  • Maintain and track customer back orders to meet agreed delivery deadlines.


  • Verify and update existing client data to ensure accuracy.


  • Act as the first point of contact for assigned customer queries via phone and email.


  • Build product knowledge to support both the sales team and customer enquiries.


  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and discrepancies relating to orders or accounts.
