Job Type: Full-time, PermanentJob Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join a top FM provider in the UK. You’ll play a key role in maintaining critical building systems across a prestigious site, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with all safety and contractual standards.Key Duties:
- Deliver PPM and reactive works on M&E systems (AC, UPS, LV, Generators)
- Diagnose and resolve faults via BMS and alarm data
- Manage subcontractors and permit systems
- Maintain compliance with H&S and internal procedures
- Keep CAFM systems and plant documentation updated
- Ensure all plant rooms are clean, safe, and locked
Qualifications:
- 18th Edition or F-Gas
- C&G Level 2-3 or equivalent in Building Services
- Strong experience in electro-mechanical maintenance
