Based in West Yorkshire, we support venues, event agencies, and direct clients with top-tier equipment and service.- The Role 
 As a Warehouse Prep Technician, you’ll be part of our fast-paced operations team, ensuring technical equipment is maintained, prepped, and ready for action. Though based in our HQ, your work directly supports our on-site event delivery.- Key Responsibilities: - Prep, test, and maintain AV and event equipment
- Handle goods in/out, including booking and checking stock
- Safely load/unload and occasionally deliver/collect gear
- Carry out basic kit repairs and maintenance
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
 
 
 - About You 
 We’re looking for someone with a passion for live events and a hands-on approach. Experience in AV or event production is a bonus, but not essential.- Ideal Skills & Qualities: - Interest or experience in AV (especially audio), lighting, or staging
- Practical mindset and attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and a team player
- Basic repair/maintenance skills
- Driving licence preferred
