Security Engineer – Service & Minor Works
Covering Stoke to Milton Keynes – including Rugby, Leicester, North London (MK area), and Oxford
Full-Time | Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–4pm
£32,000 – £42,000 DOE
Are you a hands-on, technically driven engineer with a passion for fire & security systems? Want to work on critical infrastructure projects across justice, healthcare, and major commercial environments? What You'll Be Doing
- Servicing and maintaining fire & security systems, including small installation works.
- Working on high-security sites such as prisons, transport hubs, NHS sites, banking and data centres.
- Dealing with systems including:
- Intruder Alarms: Orisec, Texecom, Galaxy
- CCTV: Hanwha, Avigilon, Bosch, Axis
- Access Control & Intercoms: Paxton, Cortech
- Fire Alarms: Advanced, C-TEC
- Exposure to a proprietary prison locking system, with full training provided.
- Collaborating with clients and site managers, maintaining safety and compliance.

The Package
- Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)
- Overtime: Paid after 40 hours (T&H to Saturday, DT Sunday)
- Call-Out Rota: 1 in 6 weeks (minimal calls – 2/3 per week)
- Van: Brand new 74 plate Transit Custom + personal use
- Fuel Card: Provided
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in Fire & Security Industry
- Comfortable working independently across multiple systems
- Good communicator and problem-solver
- Clean driving license
- Based in the Midlands/South Midlands corridor
