Position: Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer

Location: Vitoria Embankment, London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £48,000

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a large static site based in Victoria Embankment.

This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance on a large prestigious site. This site is a very large office site, with a two man team

They are looking for and experienced commercial M&E Engineer who is happy dealing with mechanical and electrical maintenance. Due to the nature of the client we would also like this engineer to also be willing to do some of the fabric maintenance including plumbing, painting etc

The right engineer for this position will already have a strong background as a multi skilled engineer. They will be holding at least a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification and have completed in house training such as ipaf, pasma etc

Requirements

• Strong background as a building services engineer
• Experienced in dealing with mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Happy to travel to Vitoria Embankment
• Holding a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification
• Experience working within a small team
• Flexible nature
• Needs to be very client focused
• Happy to do general fabric maintenance
