Position: HVAC Project Manager

Location: Covering the M1 corridor

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £50,000 to £60,0000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager for a full time, permanent position covering an area that includes the Midlands, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and some London work

This position will be working for a well established refurbishment company that has some very high calibre clients throughout the UK which includes retail and banks.

The right person for this position will already have a strong background dealing with HVAC installation projects and refurbishments. They need to be able to read andmake adjustments to drawings, as well as come up with quotations and be able to present them.

It is very important that his person is willing to travel and be able to do the occasional staying away from home.

Requirements

• Experience running installation projects
• Must have a strong technical HVAC background
• Able to read and adjust drawings
• Experience in producing estimates and presenting them
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience dealing with retail and banks would be an advantage
