Location:Manchester
Salary: £40k DOE + £5k Car Allowance + Commission (OTE £10k-£15k)

We're looking for a driven BDM to lead sales growth in the UK market. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and building strong client relationships. A proven background in B2B sales, ideally in telematics, insurance, or automotiveis essential.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through strategic prospecting and sales execution
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build long-term relationships for future upselling
- Identify target markets and develop tailored sales plans
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Track market trends and provide sales performance reports
Requirements:
- 3-5 years B2B sales experience
- Background in insurance, automotiveOR Telematicspreferred
- Proven success in closing new business and hitting revenue targets
- Motivated, strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of telematics or related tech is a plus
