Job Title: Operations Coordinator (Audio)
Location: Weybridge
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10:00 - 18:00)
Job Purpose Summary:
To ensure the smooth running of the operations department in collaboration with the sales team and department heads, meeting clients' needs and expectations.

All things Audio! As part of a world-renowned group, this audio rental company supplies high-end equipment to some of the biggest global music tours, sporting and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and resourceful technical solutions in collaboration with department heads to exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Sales Team to achieve the above.
- Allocate resources from a diverse, global inventory to support international touring and one-off projects.
- Source, negotiate, and organise sub-hire of equipment and follow up with relevant paperwork.
- Maintain continuous communication with other Clair Global divisions to maintain stock awareness and resourceful planning.
- Facilitate performance, processes, and productivity through open dialogue with inter-departmental staff, including sales team, warehouse staff, and crew.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with other industry suppliers, clients, and crew.
- Complete all administrative tasks relating to the Operations Department.
- Create Dry Hire quotations and follow the process through to the invoice stage.
- Source, negotiate, and organise trucking, couriers, air/sea freight, and any other logistical moves required, including customs documentation.
- Perform any other necessary work to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Must have experience within the live events industry.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in coordinating projects or operations.
- Good knowledge of live sound audio systems.
- Solid understanding of the equipment required for live sound reinforcement in all venue sizes.
- Organised with the ability to come up with solutions quickly.

- Salary: £35K - £40K DOE
