Project Manager – Events Industry

Central London | £35,000–£55,000 + Overtime | International Travel

Are you an organised, confident Project Manager with a passion for creating unforgettable events? Our client is a well-established Event Management company with 17 years’ experience delivering world-class B2B and B2C projects. They’ve produced events for brands such as Amazon, BBC, L’Oréal and many more — and with year-on-year growth since day one, they’re now looking to expand their team further.

The Role

You’ll manage events from concept through to on-site delivery, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams. Projects range from £10,000 to £1.4 million, so every day will bring something new — from exhibitions and corporate events to international activations.

This is a client-facing role, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are key. You don’t need to be overly technical, but familiarity with CAD or similar event design software will help you hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver live events in the UK and overseas
• Coordinate logistics, budgets, timelines and project documentation
• Work directly with clients to understand and deliver their vision
• Oversee suppliers, contractors and creative teams
• Attend international site visits and live event days
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management or events experience
• Experience delivering projects from £10k+
• Familiarity with CAD or similar event‑modelling software
• Passport and willingness to travel internationally
• Client‑focused, organised and confident
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, busy environment

What’s On Offer

• £35,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
