A long-established packaging supplier, serving the Retail, FMCG, Ecommerce, 3PL, Pharma, warehousing/logistics and Automotive sectors, is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to support continued growth.

Business Development Manager – Packaging Solutions

£50,000–£60,000 DOE + Hybrid Car + Bonus + Benefits

Midlands

Offering a strong package hybrid car, 10% new-business bonus uncapped , 25 days holiday (with the option to buy more), life insurance (3x salary), 5% pension, laptop, expenses covered, further opportunities to progress and phone.

The Role:

You’ll spend 3–4 days a week on the road, driving new business in the Ecommerce and 3PL markets whilst maintaining some of the customers, but ultimately this is a 100% hunter role. Further responsibilities includes the introduction of new products, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and helping shape the sales budget and commercial strategy.

Key Requirements:

• 3–6+ years’ experience in packaging solutions (e.g. cartons, boxes, postal products, bags, tapes, stretch wrap, labels, warehouse consumables).
• Strong understanding of the UK market.
• Ability to achieve £500k+ in new business revenue.
• Confident prospector with a passion for growth and relationship building.
• Customer-focused, commercially aware, and technically interested in packaging solutions.
• Must come from a packaging sales background.
