Position: Administrator/ Coordinator
Location: Swindon, SN3
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £27,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Administrator / Coordinator to join an engineering team based in a very busy office in Swindon
This person will be dealing with the organisation of planned and reactive maintenance for the in house engineers as well as organising materials, contract administration, organising rota's etc
The right person for this position will have a strong administrative background with excellent communication skills and strong IT skills. It is preferred that this person has experience in coordinating but this is not essential.
This is a very busy office environment and is in an engineering environment
Requirements
- Strong administrative background
- Excellent IT and Communication skills
- Experience Coordinating is preferred
- Based in a short commute to the above location
- Experience dealing with engineers would be a major advantage
- Must be willing to work 100% in the office
Package
- Office hours 7.45am until 4.45pm
- Monday to Friday position
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
