Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Office based near Epsom (client base London and the South East)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £60,000 to £65,000 subject to experience level (plus package)
We are looking for an experienced FM Contracts Manager for a full time, permanent position covering Commercial FM contracts throughout the South East.
This position will be working for a very well established facilities company that deal with high end commercial clients throughout the South East. They will be managing a team of static and mobile engineers as well as an administrator.
They will be required to deal with the client SLA’s, Monthly client meetings and reports, compliance management, recruitment, hr issues, contract quotations as well as other things
The right person for this position will already have a technical FM background, moving their way up from a facilities engineer to a contract manager. They must have at least 5 years contract management experience and be able to manage contracts with a value of £1 million.
This contract manager will be expected to be in the office two days a week, the rest of the time can be spent hybrid
Requirements
- Strong mechanical or electrical technical background
- At least 5 years working experience as a Contract Manager
- Must come from a Facilities Maintenance background (not IT and Finance)
- Based in a commutable location to Epsom
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in managing FM service contracts over £1million
- Must be very client focused
