Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: Based in or around the Guildford, Redhill or Crawley area

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £44,000 (subject to experience level) plus travel time and over time

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position to cover a region that includes Surrey and Kent.

This position will be working for an established building services company that deal with the service, maintenance and breakdown within commercial buildings

The right person for this position will have a strong building services maintenance background. They need to be multi skilled but with an electrical bias. They must be holding their level 3 electrical qualification as well as 18^th Edition. We do require this engineer to be holding the electrical verification certificate, however, 2391 test and inspect is preferred.

This is a mobile multi skilled position covering an area that will include Surrey and Kent. We are unable to take on another Kent based Engineer so we are looking for the Surrey area only.

Requirements

• Strong background in building services maintenance
• Must be electrically qualified with 18^th Edition
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in the Surrey area
• Able to do AHU and Fan coil maintenance
• Strong health and safety knowledge
• Must have the electrical verification certificate or test and inspect
• Happy to support across the regions
