Position: Electrical bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering London and Greater London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £48,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Electrical bias (multi skilled) Building Services Engineer for a full time, mobile position covering London and Greater London

This position will be working within a team of engineers that deal with planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites throughout the South East.

The right person for this position will be electrically level 3 qualified with 18th Edition, 2391 test and inspect would be a bonus but not essential. They do need to be a multi skilled building services engineer and able to deal with plant room maintenance, fan coil maintenance, hot and cold water etc

This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Strong background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance
• Must be electrically level 3 qualified with 18thEdition
• 2391 Test and Inspect would be a bonus
• Full UK driving licence
• Need to have experience in mechanical maintenance
• Flexible working attitude
