A market-leading distributor specialising in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of environmental control systems is expanding its commercial team.
Well-known in the industry for excellence in humidification and dehumidification solutions, the business is now investing heavily in its industrial heating product range, including air curtains, destratification fans and electric heating solutions.

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of growing sales across London and the South of England. Your focus will be on promoting the company's industrial heating products and energy-efficient air movement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and grow market presence across the region
- Convert qualified leads from the wider business into sales
- Build strong relationships with Consultants, Contractors & End Users
- Conduct site visits, surveys and technical discussions
- Develop specifications, quotations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings and product demonstrations
This is a consultative, solution-led sales role with strong support from both marketing and technical teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales (HVAC or building services ideal)
- Strong understanding of industrial heating, air movement, or HVAC systems
- Knowledge of humidification, dehumidification, or environmental control is highly advantageous
- Ability to sell to consultants, contractors and end users
- Confident presenting solutions, running site surveys and interpreting technical information
- Motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously across a large region
