Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + benefits
Location: London & South East (Travel to client sites required)

My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMS Project Engineer to join their BEMS Optimisation division, playing a key role in delivering impactful projects and driving long-term energy and performance improvements for customers.
You will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects including system upgrades, optimisation works, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. You’ll also be responsible for creating and modifying software strategies, supporting Project Managers, and leading small on-site delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of BMS project works and support high-level integration
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Plan, schedule and coordinate works effectively
- Liaise with internal management, clients and third parties to achieve project goals
- Oversee installation and commissioning activities on site
- Develop and deploy client works from concept through to handover
- Support business growth through knowledge sharing and continual development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure site performance improvements where possible
- Maintain full Health & Safety compliance including RAMS review, site assessments and certification upkeep
About You
- Proven experience in Building Management Systems maintenance
- Electrical or Electronic Engineering qualification (HNC/ONC or equivalent)
- Strong experience with Trend (IQ Vision desirable) and/or Tridium
- Experience with Cylon desirable
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of site operations and stakeholder expectations
- Proactive, purpose-driven and values-led mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, positive and collaborative team player
- Full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
