Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic

Role Overview
We are recruiting a Key Account Manager to oversee and grow fire alarm maintenance accounts across the Thames Valley, with a focus on Swindon and Reading.
This is a predominantly account-led role, centred on retaining contracts, managing renewals and increasing account value through upsells, small works and project opportunities.
Portfolio value: £400k-£450k in maintenance revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of fire alarm maintenance contracts
- Drive renewals and recurring revenue
- Identify upgrade, remedial and project opportunities
- Act as main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Liaise with service and delivery teams
Experience Required
- Background in fire alarm or life safety account management
- Strong understanding of maintenance contracts
- Technically confident
- Full UK driving licenceSER-IN
