Closing Business Development Manager
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 basic
OTE: Uncapped

We’re recruiting an experienced Closing Business Development Manager for a fast-growing telecoms provider delivering cloud phone systems, connectivity, mobile, and IT solutions to UK businesses.
This is a true closer role. No cold prospecting. You’ll attend 3 pre-qualified appointments per day, closing new business and maximising revenue from a strong inbound and telesales-led pipeline.
The Role
- Attend 3 scheduled sales appointments per day (field-based / hybrid)
- Close new business across telecoms and connectivity solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from presentation to signed contract
- Accurately forecast and consistently exceed targets
- Work closely with pre-sales, sales support, and delivery teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven telecoms BDM / closer with a strong conversion rate
- Confident presenting and negotiating at decision-maker level
- Target-driven, commercially sharp, and motivated by uncapped OTE
- Experience closing cloud voice, broadband, mobile, or IT solutions
