Location: London (Hybrid / Field-Based)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Closed Systems Account Manager to manage and grow key customer relationships across the London region. This role is ideal for a commercially focused sales professional with strong technical understanding and a consultative approach to account management within closed system solutions.
You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts within the London territory
- Drive sales growth of closed system solutions through strategic account planning
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including procurement, clinical, and technical teams
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training as required
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and customer service
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM records
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
About You
- Proven experience in account management or sales within Closed Systems
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a field-based or hybrid role across London
Desirable Experience
- Experience selling into NHS, private healthcare, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
