We’re recruiting an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across your territory, selling a range of warehouse storage and automation solutions to industrial and logistics clients.
About the Company
This is an ambitious and expanding business within the warehouse solutions sector, focused on growth, innovation, and long-term client partnerships. With increasing demand for smarter storage and automation, they are investing in their sales team to support continued expansion.
What You’ll Be Selling
- Pallet racking systems
- Mezzanine floors
- Pallet shuttle systems
- Industrial shelving
- Warehouse automation solutions (including AGVs and AMRs)
The Role
- Develop new business opportunities across your territory
- Manage and grow key accounts
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored warehouse solutions
- Work closely with internal technical and project teams
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
This role would suit a commercially driven individual who thrives on winning business and building long-term relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in warehouse solutions, racking, storage, or automation sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-sufficient
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and long sales cycles
Package & Benefits
- £40,000–£60,000 base salary
- OTE £80,000+
- Company car or paid mileage
