Position: Static Electrical bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Manchester City Centre

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a large static site based in central Manchester

This engineer will be working on a multiple floor office block along side another maintenance engineer. Dealing with the on site planned and reactive maintenance as well as compliance

The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background. They do need to be electrical bias holding an electrical level 3 qualification and 18th Edition. 2391 would be a bonus but not essential

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
• Based in a commutable location to central Manchester
• Multi skilled background
• Electrical qualified with 18thedition
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Happy doing a Monday to Friday position

• Excellent basic salary

• Some out of hours overtime available
