Location: North East (Newcastle area)
Salary: £30,000 – £39,000 (DOE)The Package
- 30 minutes paid travel time each way
- Company vehicle (including personal use)

The Role
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing and maintaining Fire & Security systems
- Fault finding and carrying out repairs across multiple system types
- Occasional installation work where required
- Covering Newcastle and the surrounding North East region
- Working across a variety of commercial sites
- Ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
Experience Required
- Proven experience working on Fire & Security systems, including:
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Intruder Alarms
- Fire Alarm systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Good IT/computer literacy
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning practices
- ECS Gold Card, IPAF, and PASMA (desirable but not essential)
- Engineers with either a Fire or Security bias will be considered
