Senior Fire Alarm Engineer

Location: M25 Corridor
Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 DOE
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible)

A well-established fire and security specialist is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Fire Alarm Service, Installation & Commissioning Engineer with a strong bias towards fire systems and project construction work.

The business provides high-quality fire and security solutions across residential and commercial properties throughout London and the Home Counties, with a strong reputation for professionalism, customer service, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of fire alarm systems
• Installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems across residential properties
• Working on project-based construction installations
• Ensuring all work is completed to current industry standards and regulations
• Providing excellent customer service on-site
• Supporting junior engineers where required
• Participating in the call-out rota (1 in 6 weeks)

Systems & Manufacturers

Experience working with systems such as:

• Brevo (and similar fire alarm systems)

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer
• Strong background in servicing, installation, and commissioning
• Fire-biased engineering experience essential
• Experience working within residential properties
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• FIA training desirable
