We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Manager who knows how to run projects and win them.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of estimating, tendering, and delivering electrical projects across both commercial and domestic sectors—while building and leading a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pricing work and winning projects by producing accurate, competitive tenders
• Managing projects from award through to completion
• Leading electricians, subcontractors, and apprentices
• Monitoring programme, cost, and quality performance
• Ensuring all work complies with BS 7671 standards
• Acting as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS): certification, auditing, and mentoring
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a senior electrical role (Manager, Supervisor, Estimator or similar)
• Strong knowledge of 18th Edition (BS 7671)
• Experience in managing either project or maintenance teams
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Confident acting as, or previously holding, NICEIC QS status

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition
• City & Guilds 2391 – Inspection & Testing
