We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Generator Engineer to join our team. This role involves working on generators up to 150kVA, covering Northampton and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities
As a Mobile Generator Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting maintenance, servicing, and repairs on generators up to 150kVA.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Performing routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating at optimal performance.
• Responding to breakdowns and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• Proven experience working with generators, ideally up to 150kVA.
• Strong technical knowledge of generator systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Day-to-Day
Your typical day as a Mobile Generator Engineer will involve:

• Traveling to customer sites across Northampton and surrounding areas.
• Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing of generators.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults to ensure minimal disruption to clients.
• Liaising with customers to provide updates and recommendations.
• Completing all necessary paperwork and reports accurately.
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery.
