My client is currently recruiting for a Corporate Support Executive to join its growing team at its headquarters in the St Helens area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career within the fast-paced world of telecommunications and technology support.
This role is ideally suited to a motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys helping customers, learning new technologies, and working within a collaborative team environment. My client is a well-established and trusted provider of telecommunications solutions to businesses across the UK, offering services including business mobiles, SIM-only packages, ultrafast fibre, leased line broadband, VoIP phone systems, and award-winning customer support.
As a Corporate Support Trainee, the successful candidate will become part of the corporate support team, assisting business customers with mobile and connectivity-related queries. The role will involve learning about all major UK mobile networks and developing the technical and customer service skills needed to support and advise clients effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer technical and account-related enquiries
- Supporting business customers with mobile and connectivity services
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records within internal systems
- Assisting with the processing of mobile deals, including device ordering, number porting, and network migrations
- Learning about telecommunications products, services, and systems through ongoing training and development
- Delivering excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks and priorities
