Location: National role - Fully remote
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus bonus

A leading British HVAC manufacturer is looking to appoint a technically strong Business Development Manager to help grow its AHU refurbishment and site services offering across the UK.

The business is looking for someone with strong AHU knowledge who can build relationships, identify refurbishment opportunities and act as a trusted technical advisor to end users, FM companies, estates teams and contractors across commercial and public sector buildings.

The Role

• Developing relationships with FM providers, contractors, consultants and end users across the UK.
• Identifying AHU refurbishment, retrofit and lifecycle upgrade opportunities within existing building portfolios.
• Carrying out site visits and technical discussions around ageing or inefficient AHU equipment.
• Promoting energy-efficient refurbishment solutions as an alternative to full replacement.
• Building and developing a long-term project pipeline.
• Working closely with internal technical and service teams to develop practical customer solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical understanding of AHUs and building services.
• Experience within HVAC service, refurbishment, commissioning, technical sales, projects or FM environments.
• Comfortable discussing technical solutions with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercially aware with strong relationship-building skills.
• Able to identify opportunities and develop projects through a consultative approach.
• Experience working with FM companies, estates teams, contractors or end users would be highly beneficial.
