Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Covering London and Greater London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: from £55,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and package

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager within the Building Services/ Facilities Maintenance Industry.

This Business Development Manager will be responsible for the NHS side of the business. They will be supporting current NHS sites and looking to improve and grow existing maintenance contracts throughout multiple sites.

They will be expected to support the sales team with new enquiries as well as following their own leads

The right person for this position will already have experience as a Business Development Manager within Facilities Maintenance. They need to have experience in dealing with service contracts as well as some experience with projects. They need to have some experience dealing directly with NHS clients up to directorship level. We need this person to be focused on business growth

Requirements

• Experienced as a Business Development Manager
• Must be experienced in dealing with Facilities Maintenance Service Contracts
• We need this person to have experience dealing with NHS management and directors
• Driving licence is preferred but not essential
• We do require this person to attend head office at least one day a week but the rest of the time they will be working hybrid
• Very client driven
• Experience in dealing with multi million poundservice contracts
