We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Powered Access Engineer to join our team, covering Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of powered access equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site at client locations.
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• CAP (Competent Assessed Person) qualification is essential.
• Proven experience in servicing and repairing powered access equipment or similar machinery.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Full UK driving license.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Day-to-Day

• Start your day by reviewing scheduled jobs and preparing your van with the necessary tools and equipment.
• Travel to client sites in Portsmouth and surrounding areas to perform maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and explain any necessary repairs.
• Complete service reports and update the system with accurate job details.
• Return to the depot as needed to restock parts or liaise with the team.
