  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, venue staff and production crews during the planning and delivery of events.

  • Prepare, maintain, test and troubleshoot vision equipment within warehouse facilities, ensuring equipment is presented and maintained to the highest standard.

  • Support the Head of Vision in developing, maintaining and continuously improving the Vision department, processes and technical capabilities.

  • Manage equipment logistics, including deliveries and collections using company vehicles, whilst assisting other technical departments when required to support business needs.

  • Knowledge and operational experience of professional presentation switchers and video routing systems.

  • Experience working with modular LED display systems and associated processing technologies.

  • Knowledge and operational experience of Panasonic projection systems.

  • Extensive experience using presentation and video playback software within live event environments.

  • Knowledge and practical experience delivering live streamed events and video communication solutions.

  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.

  • High standard of personal presentation and professionalism.

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, overnight stays and travel when required.

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to lead by example and take ownership of projects.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining equipment to the highest presentation standards.

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
