Key Responsibilities
As a Service Engineer, you will:
Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on customer installations
Diagnose faults and implement reactive maintenance solutions efficiently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
Maintain and optimise operational systems to improve efficiency and minimise downtime
Support both company-owned and third-party installations where required
Participate in an established 24-hour callout rota
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
ONC/OND, City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum three years' industrial electrical experience as a time-served technician
Strong knowledge of ComAp and Deep Sea generator controllers, including programming and diagnostics
Experience fault-finding on electrical control panels
Ability to read and interpret electrical design drawings
Good IT skills, including competency with Microsoft Office applications
Full UK driving licence
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pmThis role will involve weekend working and occasional out-of-hours duties. Participation in a 24-hour callout rota is required.
