Junior Sales Opportunity
Location: South Cheshire£22,500 - £26,500 + benefits
We are a leading UK company specialising in the supply, manufacture, design, installation and servicing of pumping equipment is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join its Pump Sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a college leaver or junior candidate with an interest in machinery, engineering, and technical sales. The role offers long-term career development and the opportunity to build the knowledge and experience required to progress into a Technical Sales Engineer position.
Working closely with clients across sectors including construction, utilities, distribution, and industrial processing, you will help deliver fit-for-purpose and cost-effective pumping solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of incoming sales enquiries.
- Maintain CRM system accuracy and integrity.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales process.
- Support product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare detailed quotations and tender submissions.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Assist in reporting sales performance and market intelligence.
Candidate Profile
- Good English and Maths qualifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident telephone and email manner.
- Good keyboard and IT skills, with the ability to learn CRM systems.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle. a
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
