To join our team and help expand us further, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager.
- Business Development Manager
- £40,000 basic + £6000 car allowance
- £40,000 On Target Earnings
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Field Based – M4 Corridor / South West
- Commutable to Cirencester office
Key Responsibilities for the Role:
- Good knowledge of telecom and IT solutions or the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience in selling Solutions including, VOIP, Connectivity, Mobile and IT managed services, and a confident approach and generating brand net new business.
- Superb communication skills and the ability to have meaningful conversations with clients.
- Proactive, go-getting attitude and hunger to develop.
- Ability to learn and evolve with the role – attitude is key!
- Demonstrate a good level of resilience.
- A PROVEN track record in achieving targets in a New Business Telecom/IT Sales role.
- Ability to generate your own leads, and close leads provided.
