Position: Merchandiser

(not on site stock replenishment)

Location: Commutable to Stevenage

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £35,000 to £45,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser for a full time, permanent position

This Merchandiser will have experience dealing with high value and high volume stock from source to the client

They need to be experience talking directly to suppliers, design teams, buying teams and marketing teams to manage the stock levels of materials and managing the transportation of materials (high volume) by monitoring the world wide shipping as well as managing time scales. They will be dealing with a lot of Data Analysis and will be keeping abreast of seasonal changes and marketing trends

It would be a major advantage if this person had dealt with the merchandising of larger items such as furniture or home furnishing or large larger volumes on a world wide scale.

It is of major importance that this person is experience in dealing with large SKU counts

Requirements

• Experience in large quantity Merchandising
• Strong background with SKU counts
• Experience working with a high volumeretail business would be an advantage
• Data management
• Experience acknowledging seasonal changes
• Dealt with importing shipments from around the world
