Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering Marlow to St Albans (no London work)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £43,000 plus travel time, overtime and bonus

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering an area from Marlow to St Albans

This Building Services Engineer with be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance throughout commercial sites. This will include dealing with plant room maintenance, emergency lighting, alarm testing, water testing, ahu maintenance as well as other duties.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background as a building services engineer. They need to be holding a minimum of a level 2 in building services maintenance (mechanical or electrical). As this is a mobile position, we do require this engineer to have a full UK driving licence.

Requirements

• Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in a commutable location to St Albans or Marlow
• Holding a City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 in building services (mechanical or electrical)
• Multi skilled work attitude
• Must be happy to join the on call rota
• Able to deal with mechanical and electrical maintenance
