30 - 36k DOE
Glasgow
28 days holiday including bank holidays. Company vehicle and fuel card included. Yearly bonus. Time ½ on weekends. Mon - Fri, 40 hours. 8am - 5pmWe dedicated to providing high-quality electrical installations and services to commercial vehicles. Our focus is on safety and technology, and we take pride in delivering excellent customer service. We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Auto Electrician to join our team, serving clients across Glasgow and Edinburgh. As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various electrical systems and safety products on commercial vehicles.
The role- Install safety-oriented products such as CCTV systems, safety warning systems, beacons, and GPS telematicsin commercial vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicle systems.
- Ensure all electrical installations meet safety regulations and industry standards.
- Travel to various locations within Glasgow and Edinburgh for onsite installation and service.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of workmanship
Skills & Experience required
- Proven experience as an Auto Electrician, preferably working on commercial vehicles.
- Strong understanding of vehicle electronics, telematics, and safety systems.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and solve electrical issues efficiently.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Glasgow and Edinburgh, and other regions within Scotland when required
- Full UK driving license is essential.
