Field Service Engineer -Sheet Metal Machinery
Location:East Midlands(UK and occasional Ireland travel)
Salary:£32,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + OT + company car + Christmas shutdown period +door to door + expenses covered
Working hours: 8:00am - 17:00pm (Variable)
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support a range of sheet metal machinery across the UK and Ireland.Key Responsibilities
- CNC machine breakdown response and fault finding
- Planned servicing and preventative maintenance
- Machine installations and commissioning
- Electrical and mechanical repairs
- Customer support and technical troubleshooting
Requirements- CNC machine tool service or maintenance experienceparticularly with Laser cutting machines, press brakes, sheet metal machinery
- Strong electrical fault-findingskills
- Good all-round mechanical knowledge
- Experience with drives, motors and control systems
- Ability to diagnose faults effectively
- Manufacturing or industrial machinery experience preferred
- Programming experience is beneficial but not essential
Package- Salary £32,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
- Overtime after 5:30pm paid at Time + ¼
