Field Service Engineer -Sheet Metal Machinery

Location:East Midlands(UK and occasional Ireland travel)
Salary:£32,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + OT + company car + Christmas shutdown period +door to door + expenses covered
Working hours: 8:00am - 17:00pm (Variable)

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support a range of sheet metal machinery across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• CNC machine breakdown response and fault finding
• Planned servicing and preventative maintenance
• Machine installations and commissioning
• Electrical and mechanical repairs
• Customer support and technical troubleshooting

Requirements

• CNC machine tool service or maintenance experienceparticularly with Laser cutting machines, press brakes, sheet metal machinery
• Strong electrical fault-findingskills
• Good all-round mechanical knowledge
• Experience with drives, motors and control systems
• Ability to diagnose faults effectively
• Manufacturing or industrial machinery experience preferred
• Programming experience is beneficial but not essential

Package

• Salary £32,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
• Overtime after 5:30pm paid at Time + ¼
• Door to door pay
• Increasing pension contributions with service
