Fire Alarm Engineer – Service & Small Works

Northwest | £38,000 - £45,000 + Vehicle + Call Out + Overtime

We're working with a well-established building services and maintenance provider who are looking to add an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to their growing team across the Northwest.

Operating nationally with over 160 employees, the business delivers building services, maintenance and emergency repair solutions across a range of sectors, with a strong presence in healthcare and facilities management.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault finding and small works on a range of fire alarm systems across healthcare and FM contracts throughout Lancashire and South Cumria.

The role is predominantly service-focused, with occasional small works and upgrades, working on a variety of high-profile sites including NHS and mental health facilities.

Working Hours

7:30am – 4:00pm

Includes 30 minutes travel time each way.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Knowledge of Gent, Advanced, Protec or C-Tec systems desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
