Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary up to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus company car, fuel card, phone, laptop, uniform, PPE, pension and 30 days holiday (including statutory days)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Legionella Risk Assessor to cover London and the surrounding regions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and expanding compliance business that values technical excellence, customer service, and professional development.

Working across a varied portfolio of commercial, healthcare, educational, industrial, and residential sites, you will play a key role in helping clients maintain compliance with Legionella control regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274, and relevant industry guidance.
• Produce detailed, accurate, and professional risk assessment reports.
• Identify compliance issues and provide practical recommendations for remedial actions.
• Liaise directly with clients and site representatives to discuss findings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records using electronic reporting systems.
• Manage your own workload and travel schedule across London and surrounding areas.
• Stay up to date with changes in legislation and industry standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments.
• Strong knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274, and Legionella control measures.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification or equivalent.
• Experience surveying complex water systems is a distinct advantage.
