Customer Support Agent
£25,000 - £29,000
22 days holiday + bank holiday’s + birthday off + Christmas shutdown
Office Based – Crewe
9am – 5:30pm Monday – Thursday and 9am-3pm Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to achieve first-contact resolution where possible
- Investigate complaints by gathering relevant information, analysing situations, and identifying appropriate resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and outcomes within the company CRM system
- Follow up with customers after issues have been resolved to ensure ongoing satisfaction

- Experience with one of the following: Fortinet; SonicWall; Cisco Meraki; Watchguard; Sophos.
