Applications Engineer - CNC Machine Tools

Location:BasedMidlands or North UK (Working Nationally including Ireland)

Salary:£40,000 - £55,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Car + Private Healthcare

Are you an experienced CNC Applications Engineer looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a customer-focused engineer to join a growing team, supporting customers across the UK, Ireland and occasionally Germany.

The Role

• Deliver turnkey CNC machine solutions from installation through to customer handover.



• Carry out time studies and process optimisation.



• Provide customer training and ongoing applications support.



• Work closely with customers to improve machining performance and productivity.



• Support a wide range of customers, from large OEMs to smaller subcontract manufacturers.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a CNC Applications Engineer or similar.



• Strong CAD/CAM knowledge (Siemens NX preferred).



• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling and mill-turn machines.



• Good understanding of machining processes and cutting technology.



• Knowledge of Siemens controls is preferred, although Fanuc or Heidenhainexperience is welcomed as full training can be provided.



• Happy to travel extensively and stay away from home when required.
