AV Service Engineer

South of England | Field Based

£35,000 - £43,000

The Role:

Attend service and preventative maintenance visits, resolving issues with audio visual systems for commercial clients within the southern regions of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Attend reactive service calls, liaising with clients and resolving their issues quickly and effectively.

-          Carry out proactive preventative maintenance visits.

-          Fault finding and troubleshooting network related issues.

-          Acting as the point of contact for clients when on site, keeping them informed of any progress.

-          Troubleshooting control system and DSP issues including reconfiguration where required. .

-          Maintaining up to date service documentation.

Requirements:

-          Experience servicing and maintaining corporate AV systems.

-          The ability to troubleshoot network related issues.

-          Willingness to travel and work away from home where required

-          Full UK Driving Licence.

Preferred Skills

-          Knowledge of audio visual control systems and DSPs such as Crestron, Extron and Q-SYS
