£32,000 - £34,000 + Uncapped Bonus
Pension + Health/Life benefits + 33 days including bank holsWe're recruiting on behalf of a global leader in temporary power and temperature control solutions. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join their commercial team in Staffordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, generating opportunities and managing the sales process from enquiry through to order.
The Role
- Develop existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Re-engage previous customers to generate new enquiries.
- Manage the sales process from quotation through to order.
- Work closely with the external sales and operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Identify opportunities to grow market share across key industry sectors.
- Deliver proactive outbound sales activity to generate new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within an internal sales, sales executive, business development or account management role.
- Experience within the hire/rental industry would be highly advantageous.
- Alternatively, experience selling technical or industrial products and services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to developing business.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Confident using CRM systems and working in a fast-paced sales environment.
