BMS Service Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance/Travel, PPE and work equipment, training and progression, 25 days holidays + moreAbout the Role
As a BMS Service Engineer, you'll represent the company on-site, providing expert support for Building Management Systems (BMS). Your role will focus on maintaining system efficiency, delivering energy-saving solutions, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS), with a focus on Trend & Tridium.
- Attend to service calls and provide on-site technical support for clients, ensuring systems are running efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the service team and provide updates on job progress, reporting on any issues and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working within the BMS industry, with hands-on experience with 1 of Trend or Tridium.
- License: Must hold a clean UK driving licence, as the role involves regular travel to client sites.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work out of hours when required and participate in the call-out rota.
- Location: Preferably based within or surrounding London
